Baker Memorial’s Young Adult groups are open to all individuals aged 19-30 years old. Our goal is ministering to and with self-identified young adults as they passionately pursue Christ and navigate the challenges of life.
YOUNG ADULT SMALL GROUP STUDY
Tuesday and Wednesday Nights | 6:30pm Young Adults meet most Tuesday and Wednesday nights to fellowship, study and discuss the scriptures together from 6:30-7:30pm. We sometimes use a curriculum and sometimes just dive right into a passage of the Bible. During this time of social distancing we use video conferencing, but will switch to in-person meetings soon. Whatever the topic or medium, it’s always a joy!
Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 1 Timothy 4:12
YOUNG ADULT MEETUP
Saturday Afternoons | 4:00pm Instead of meeting at the church exclusively, we continued our practice of supporting local businesses while hanging out together in a new format. What ensued was Wine and Words, a monthly Meetup at 100 Grapes in St. Charles. We have put this event on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but hope to recommence in the coming months. Until then, connect with us on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bakeryoungadults. We’d love to get to know you.
